## 2. BOP Custody Classification Tiers (Security Points)

* **Minimum Security (Camps)**: 0 – 11 Points. Requires low security scoring, clean institutional history, and non-violent classification.
* **Low Security**: 12 – 15 Points. Double-fenced perimeters, dormitory housing, higher staff-to-inmate ratio.
* **Medium Security**: 16 – 23 Points. Double fences with electronic detection, cell housing, strict internal movement control.
* **High Security (Penitentiaries)**: 24+ Points. Highly secured perimeters, single/double cell housing, maximum supervision controls.

## 3. RDAP Sentence Reductions (Statutory Thresholds)

* **Sentence ≤ 30 Months**: Eligible for up to a 6-month sentence reduction.
* **Sentence 31–36 Months**: Eligible for up to a 9-month sentence reduction.
